Deposit: We will require a 25% deposit to hold the reservation. The reservation is not held until the deposit is received.

Security Deposit: A $200 Security Deposit is also required. A Security Deposit is required in the event there is damage to the home during your stay. A Security Deposit may be waived if your Homeowner's Insurance policy will cover the use of our home and your insurance company provides us an Additional Insured Certificate.

Small pets may be allowed with prior approval, however, there MAY BE an additional $90 carpet cleaning fee.

Linens: sheets, towels and kitchen linens are included in rental price

You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Please note that the advertised prices are for cash or check payments only. If paying by credit card, we use a 3rd Party Company to process credit cards. Although we cannot charge you a fee for using your credit card, we can charge you the fee that a 3rd party company charges us to accept the payment. There is a 3.95% processing fee for accepting credit card payments through this service.

Cancellations must be made at least six weeks prior to the reservation for a full refund. There are no refunds on deposits made if cancellation is made less than six weeks prior to the reservation date.

Discount rates are not offered concurrently. Rates subject to change at any time. Once a rate and reservation have been established the rate will not change.
